But what seems to take the most time is when the game says "Finding Head Coach Targets". I can't figure out what that means and what the game is doing. Does anyone know what it is and why it takes so long? Head Coach = Manager, when your language under the Preferences menu is set to "English US" instead of "English UK". And I think what "Finding Head Coach Targets" refers to is the process of generating the transfer shortlists of the AI managers whilst your game is being set up.
