UEFA Champions League UEFA Cup then... the euro vase what is that really called?? and in England League cup and FA cup? what are their real names? any more changes i should know about? Ozzy38 Posted December 11, 2008 Share Posted December 11, 2008 I wouldn't use sponsors. He's changing the names for added realism and a sponsor that lasts for ifinity isn't realistic. Also 'The FA Cup sponsored by E.ON' is a bit long. This means I think you shouldn't call the Conference League Cup and the League Cup their sponsor names either. Ferrari312 Posted December 11, 2008 Share Posted December 11, 2008 I actually take sponsors names out when editing the comp names, e.g. Carling Cup => League Cup Johnstone's Paint Trophy = Football League Trophy Blue Square Premier/North/South => Conference Premier/North/South etc. Dunno why I just hate competitions being named after sponsors, plus the fact they'll change IRL but stay the same in the game even if you play for decades.
