Arkim Posted December 10, 2008 Share Posted December 10, 2008 As mentioned above, the success and reputation of your club are 2 factors that would be considered for this. As well as your finances. I would recommend to achieve as much as success possible, maintain a healthy financial status, and ask to improve your training facilities to see what they say once you've reached the limit of upgrading the facilities. If the option becomes greyed out or you get the message that it cannot be upgraded anymore than it would depend on the board and they would look at the factors that I have mentioned.
