Replays start too late into action?

Not sure if this has been mentioned before, but does anyone find it annoying the replays start late into the action (of a goal) and practically finish the instant they are over?

In 07, the last FM I played, the replays started too early IIRC. You'd often watch an age of build up and then a goal. It seems as if the balance is completely the other way around this time. It'd be nice to see who made the assist in a goal (90% of the time the action starts well after the assist!) and for a few moments after to savour the sight of seeing the stick men jump in joy.
