Isit possible to change leagues mid-game??

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can help me.

im currently playing a saved game with juventus.

i have the following leagues as playable:

italy

england

spain

and the following leagues as view only:

france

germany

holland

is there any way to change the leagues i have as "view only" to playable?? or even add more lagues to this list??
