sbrysonuk Posted December 9, 2008 Share Posted December 9, 2008 Hi guys Went to play FM today and did the usual procedure, STEAM performed a quick FM update and that was fine, but when i went to go launch the game it asked for my product key Now i fought this was odd but entered it anyway and bang, same problem i had with it on release day only thing is instead of the 'can't connect to internet' now i am getting a message saying 'we were unable to process your unlock request. to receive a new key, please visit www.sigames.com. Error : [-821]' I was looking through the forums and downloaded that fix program were u use launcher.exe and enter the product key through that, but it just gave me the same error. Anyone else having this problem? Anyone have a solution to this? Its driving me crazy iv had nothing but problems with this new Fm and it truly is gutting!!
