Lets see if between us we can create some sort of guideline. Will need your reasonings for each of the attributes. Ozzy38 Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 Scout is definitely Judging Player Ability and Judging Player Potential. Physio is definitely Physiotherapy. Coaches should of course have high coaching ability in wherever you want it to be, as well as Man Management and Level of Discipline. Assistant Managers should be high enough in evefrything, although I do not care for coaching stats. Determination and probably Level of Discipline is always good to have in everyone, and Motivating in coaches. Working with Youngsters is needed for whoever coaches or works with youngsters (Assistant Managers, Youth Coaches and Full Coaches). Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
