zulu83 Posted December 8, 2008 Share Posted December 8, 2008 anyone else had this? on my game chelsea just got battered 4-1 at home by man city. they had rested almost the entire team, the only regular players playing were cech, ivanovic, bridge and mikel. all the rest were youth/reserve players. i remember the same thing happening on fm08. i could understand if this was league cup but its the league, they would never rest so many players in real life. So I'm pretty much writing the game off, when I see their lineup. The back 4 was pretty much the first team, but the midfield was a bunch of youngsters (two made their league debuts), and the lone striker was Sheva Got a 0-0 draw. Horribly dull game.
