why should posters be helped if they are too lazy to do a search before hand ? If they are too lazy to search, then we are too lazy to post the response they are after. Simple

But you're not too lazy to have a pop at this guy. Grow up please.

It was a fair enough point. If everyone was so lazy there'd just be a new thread for every post and no-one would ever both responding to someone else's thread, they'd just start their own every time!

Nothing wrong with asking where something is, especially if this person is new to the game. If people don't want to help him, then they can press the x button on the top right of their screen, instead some people find it more entertaining to be the hard man and have a crack at people who are asking for some help.

(P.S, this was not aimed at you!:D)

I agree in most cases, but when the person in question states he "could not be bothered searching through to be honest" he rather quickly loses any of that "new to the forums, didn't realise there was a search function or that this has been discussed, yada yada" kind of sympathy!

Fair point, but either way people having a pop at him is a bit uncalled for!
