DJ Backchat Posted December 7, 2008 Share Posted December 7, 2008 as the title says When does bulgaraian transfer window open? i'm playing as hull and signed some players for the future, need to send them to bulgaria to get eu passport. everytime i click move to affiliate get told players cannot be loaned to this team outside the transfer window!! this is in august in the middle of what i thought was a europe wide transfer window!!! help please (feel free to move this if i put it in the wrong place) Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
