iamweesel Posted December 7, 2008 Share Posted December 7, 2008 Many a times,good mid table teams to get relegated from divisions So,can't we send scouts to scout their team,who would like to come to us,and who will be the cheapest available.Like,I'm Blackpool,I've just been promoted,and Nantes,Getafe and Parma have been relegated from their divisions.Now,I don't know much about these countries,so can't I send scouts,instead of scouring the teams myself.
