I still had £13m left from last season, and I went to take a look at my finances when I noticed the budget was set at £84m, yet my actual transfer funds were still at £13m from last season. Surely I should have the £84m available to me as transfer funds? The only money I owe for players is around a million from signing Ronaldo last summer, I can't think of any reasonable explanation for the missing cash. Any ideas?
