solstar
What season you in and what team? The roof restricts an increase in future.

jimmyfarren01
thats a nice touch, i dont reckon ill ever get a stadium as a change club to much
kolvuk
This is first time its ever happened for me. I generally start of at barnsley and move on to a bigger club but i've stuck with them this time. Annoying this is though i've always wanted to beat the clubs record attendance (40255 against stoke in the 30's) and my new ground holds 40090 so i'm just short. If having a retractable roof stops any future expansion i'll be gutted lol
H Y P Z
I'm still waiting on mine. It's 2015 and I'm playing West Ham with a measly 40500 seats, $200M in the bank (#9 richest club in the game, ahead of Man City).
kolvuk
after the first season in my new ground its been extended by 24000 seats so it seems the roof hasn't stopped expansion
acmilano112000
how much did the stadium cost, and you make it seem like you chose to have a roof? did you have any input in the stadium type/design?

small Mac
I had a new stadium with roof back on 2007 and it didn't seem to affect getting expansions at all. Seems its the same for 2009.

kolvuk
how much did the stadium cost, and you make it seem like you chose to have a roof? did you have any input in the stadium type/design? think it cost £102mil and £25mil of that was paid for with the sale of oakwell. I'd been saving money up in the hope that it would make a new stadium more likely so the cost wasn't really an issue still had money to spend if i'd wanted to. I had no input into any aspect of the new ground. It popped up in my inbox that the board had announced plans for a new 40090 seat stadium which boasted undersoil heating and a retractable roof.
