Manager Stats

hi, ive been doing a season and at the start all manager stats are 10, however some stats have gone up, and some have gone down.

how do you increase your manager stats for Club/Player loyalty and hands on approach?

also ive been making lots of profits, sticking to budgets and my financial control seems to have gone down to 9, how come?

Hand on Approach contains some of the following :

Setting your own training regimes.

Creating Tactics.

Taking control of the Reserves and/or U-18 Teams.

Handling all player contracts, not just the Senior Sqaud

Club/Player Loyalty contains but is not limited to the following :

Having a low turn over of players.

Sticking with the same 1st team

Staying at your club for a long time.

i do change my team nearly every season coz i get promoted, but i tend to keep the same players and have been at the club for nearly 2 seasons, and my club player loyalty is 7, and hands on approach is 7.

so il have to start doing more training and controlling other teams other than the seniors, thanks

My Hands on approach is 16, And I do just about everything I can think of (with exception of contorlling Res/U-18's) - My loyalty is only 9, despite being in my 6th season at the club, and rarely changing the team..!!

seems like they need a patch to sort it all out
