Guest oscccar
Hi mates. Can B/C teams (e.g. Bilbao Ath.) be promoted to a higher division?
NepentheZ
I'm not entirely sure about promotions in general, but I do know they can't be promoted to the same division as the main club. So if Castilla win the Spanish 2nd Division, they wont get promoted.
anagain
Can't be promoted to the same league or higher than the A team as far as I am aware. I think they may be able to be promoted to a division one below their A team, but I'm not even sure of that. I know I once got promoted from the Norwegian Second division after finishing in 3rd. The top two teams were B teams, so it may be that they can't be promoted. Someone will know for sure.
AndreVeloso24
What if the A team was found guilty of match fixing and got placed in a league below the "B" or "C" team?
mije1983
What if the A team was found guilty of match fixing and got placed in a league below the "B" or "C" team? Well if the 'A' team gets relegated to the same division as the 'B' then the 'B' team gets automatically relegated to the division below. So I would imagine it would be the same for enforced relegations.
