3 coaches fired and still no room for a new coach ???????

I am managing a league 1 team and the ****ing board keep on cancelling coach deal but I have fired 3 in order to make room for him !!!!

How comes that ?

How can I workaround that ?

this can be frustrating. i totally understand .. had the same issues myself with Leicester City.

couple of things:

1. when you offer a contract to a staff member part of the misc. details at the bottom tell you how many coaches you have and how many the board feel is appropiate for your level and the clubs finances/standing in football.

2. the club doesnt consider scouts and physios as coaches, but does assmans and does have seperate limits for each. so no signing 50 physios etc.

3. understanding how the game uses coaches and physios can help a lot. you don't need 7 stars in every schedule to do well at training.

4. the number of coaches you can employ is restricted by your clubs world ranking and reputation in football. so if you go up a division the limits usually go up, often doubling.

5. player/coaches unfortunately account for 1 of your coaching allocations. so maybe get rid of them if they aren't very good or not specialist enough.

offer someone a contract and read the small print. you'll know how many coaches the club will let you have then and can plan around it.

i tried to get a gk coach at everton they had like 15 coaches and the club would only allow 11 coaches so had to get rid of 5 was very frustrating.... so i sacked my original GKcoach...then that turned the traininng into average which i wanted to keep light so i had to sack 2 more coachesto make room for somone...very frustrating

This is something that is especially frustrating in LLM, and SI STILL haven't fixed it.
