ComeontheArsenal
At the minute i'm managing Pompey, and can't expand the stadium because of planning etc So i want to know, is it possible to build a new stadium? Hypothetically i mean, as there's no way i could afford it, just curious.
mike007lp
If you have the money for it it should be possible. The board decides itself to build a new stadium I believe?

supersaint
You dont even have to have the money - my Solihull board took out a bankloan of £17.5M to build a new 16000 capacity stadium (total cost was £23M - the rest of the money was investment), whilst being £1M in the red.
