What am I doing wrong here?

I have started a new game with Bayern.

Using tugs training 2009, played four pre season friendlies using a pool of 22 playing 45 mins each game.

I have had 9 injuries on the park in four games, all out for a month or more.

Helga the tea lady will be in goal at this rate by the time the season starts.

Any ideas on how I can avoid or minimise the injuries because clearly I have something wrong somewhere
