Quick question,uninstalled the game the other day without playing it, and have decided to re install. just spent 20 mins searching with keywords and cant get my answer.

Have i taken up two of my seats. its the same comp on the same ISP, and network address.

Yeah but he's uninstalled & reinstalled on the same computer. Also if you uninstall, you get one of your seats back.

If you unintall and reinstall on the same machine, you dont lose that seat- only if it is installed on another computer.

Even though i have had to put the code in again.

It's only because am likely to replace tis machine which is low spec with 1.5 memory and the infamous intel chip whip plays 3d in a certain sort of way now.

You still have 4 seats left because when you uninstalled, you got your seat back. When you installed it again, you were put down to 4 seats again.
