Players Gelling + Players dont think your experience enough

Is there anything you can do in preseason apart from playing matches to help

your squad gell and develop a good level of understanding. Alot of my players

morale is poor even though they have won every game in pre season. In there personalities they dont think im experienced enough to take club forward and have poor morale. Would playing more matches in preseason help them to counter these issues? I have not even

signed any players yet so it is not anything to do with fetching weaker players to the club.

It's something that takes a little time, the more they play together and stay in the same unit the quicker it'll go. They will also come around to you, as long as you don't underperform.
