dufcterror
I'm currently playing as Man Utd and pride myself on scouting for future stars. Once I find suitable ones I buy them for my youth team with my focus going on their development and bringing them through to my first team. Yet I am continually getting told the fan's confidence in my signings are at a disappointed level for these youngsters because they play so few games! A glaring mistake in the game! VonBlade
Yeah. Was last year too. It's a purely cosmetic change. What once said that it was a poor signing, now says they aren't playing enough. Which if anything is even sillier. Does anyone buy a backup youngster to slot them straight into the first team?
pnefc22
True this is a mistake!
mr_pimpnuts
Surely it'd be easy enough for SI to change that and base it on a players squad status i.e. only gets shown if you sign a first team or key player and don't play them?
dufcterror
What's worse is that in your initial new job press conference you are asked about your signing policy. I stated bringing in youth. Doesn't seem to matter...
GavinZac
It should take into account the player's cost and role. If its a free player and you've said he's just a decent youngster, the fans shouldn't even really be aware. If you've signed a hot prospect for a million, they should only be questioning where he's gone after a couple of years.
dufcterror
Yeah after a couple of years then fair enough, but buying a 17 year old and judging it after 6 months is bad.
