FM run slowly

Hi! My FM 09 run very slowly. Yesterday then I play FM 07 network game with my friend I notice this better than before. If I click someone player name, its open at earliest 2 second. Sometimes even 5 seconds not are enough. Can I do something for my computer or fm? I really want this work faster. I hope that I don't need new computer.

I use large db and leagues are England Championship and above, Italy Serie B and Above, Spain Adelante and above, Germany Bundesliga and France Ligue 1.

FM 07 works much better even I have more leagues. (Of course)

PS. You can ask me more information and I try my best to help you, if you help me, because I have fairly poor English skill. (If something is too difficult I can ask my sister.)

you really need to post the specifications of your computer. Memory, CPU, Graphics Card etc.
