Transfer Demo Game to Full Game

Hi guys,

Firstly not too good with the computer side of things. I'm looking to transfer my saved demo game into the full game but I can't seem to locate any of my saved games.....

I'm using Vista and the file is located within Steam using the latest patch, any ideas where i'd locate the folder?
