national manager contracts

i was just wondering why managers of national teams don't have a contract or wage in the game. thanks in advance if you can answer.

this has been an issue for years now... maybe it will be implemented with the next patch... but im afraid not... lets keep hope though

To have international contracts would require a complete overhaul of something, and a complete overhaul of something takes a lot of preperation, time and work.

Same reason as foreign staff can work in UK without work permits!
