Domestic Player Bias

Can somebody explain what this really is. I think it is the percentage of domestic players in you first team squad. Does this include player which have two nationalties. Or it this something like the homegrown item.

i think its to do with your transfers more than anything

yeh i used to think it was to do with stopping players from playing international friendlys, but apparently it is high if you sign a lot of players of the nationality of the league you are playing in

So, this does effect the blending in thing
