Erithtotl Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 I've played about %75 of my first season in Conference North. I've witnessed about 15 penalties. I've never seen a miss. Is this just an abberation? I know in previous versions of FM it seemed there were too many missed penalties but surely there should be some misses. Kickballz Posted November 28, 2008 Share Posted November 28, 2008 It's a problem with the keepers not moving. The only way the goalie can make a save is if the penalty is straight down the middle. You may have noticed that even when they dive they don't actually move from the center of the goal. That's why penalty shoot outs usually end up so high scoring. And I say that, but i'm about to play an FA Cup Final with Spurs against Arsenal, and as sods law goes...I bet i'll miss one when it really matters!
