I apply tbh if you apply you ave better chance as they might not see how good you are etc.

i havent been approached since cm3.

i apply. but usually i find club only take you if they are <=1 league up from you.

and usually they make insane decisions and hire complete losers (me included)

Nah, I never apply.

USA approached me the other day, I refused though as I want to focus on my Newcastle squad.

funny you should say that because i was approach by USA two days after i was sacked after issueing a ultimatum

I've been approached 10 times this save - if I like the club I'm managing I don't apply for jobs.

If I feel I need to change things up, of course I apply. I don't like to wait to be approached.

If I'm at a club I never apply unless I have done my work there. Usually I'm such a FM geek that I don't break my contracts with a club. When each contract period is coming to a close I estimate if I want to stay or want to move on.

Right now I'm in a very new game (still 1st season) and I started as unemployed. Around December I got my first offer from Liga Adelante side Levante after being turned down by several clubs in the shitter (they don't know how amazing I am YET! ). So my plan is to get them into the primera division, by the end of this season, and see how well I do after that. By the end of 2nd season I should have build up a good reputation and I'll see what options are available to me. If I can manage to build a decent squad for the Primera and get some financial goodies I might stay, but I'm not counting on it.
