Glenn Wakeford
Please do not name players, especially with CAs and PAs in this forum. You can do so in the Good Players & Team Guide, but not here. I have edited your post accordingly.
wolvo_boi
Sorry i posted in wrong section, thanks
Glenn Wakeford
No you posted in the right section for your question, but included some information that a lot of people don't like to see. With regards to CA and PA, they are both out of 200. A PA of -8 means he has the potential to be quite handy in the future.
cpa
The pa's are in brackets; -10 = 180 - 200 pa -9 = 170 - 180 pa -8 = 150 - 170 pa
fattyg
Basically it's a scale from 0 - 200, 200 being the best. Now CA is current ability, so that is how good a player is at present, so in you example the player has a CA of 99 which makes him pretty average (League 1/2 standard I believe). PA or Potential Ability is how good a player can become if they get the best training, team facitiliies etc. The majority of players never quite reach their potential ability as training etc is rarely perfect. In your example the player has a PA of -8 which means a random number will be created each time you start a new game. -8 = PA between 130 and 160 (I think) -9 = PA between 150 and 180 -10 = PA between 170 and 190 EDIT: I'm not entirely sure of those ranges Cpa might probably be more correct then me
Deano565
Actually theyre like this: -10 = 170-199 (common misconception that players can actually get 200, ive never ever seen one) -9 = 150-179 -8 = 130-
