Matches running really slow

Does anyone know why the matches are running slow. The game itself is fine. When I play matches I have to pick 3D mode with key highlights to speed it up. I like to play with just overview coz i prefer when the text is flying accross the bottom. Anyone have any ideas about what the hell is goin on?. I have added facepacks, stadium backgrounds, photos, badges. I dont know if this is making the matches run slower. Ive also de-fraged my laptop. Here is the spec of my laptop

First problem is that there is a bug that SI are supposedly lookign into. Secondly although it shouldn't be it could be your Graphics Card, though this sounds silly, being a 128mb could be a problem. I could always blame Vista but that would be too easy
