I think if it works it deserves it's own thread. This game is driving me mad.

Update: Im getting a lot of goals from midfield but my striker very rarely scores. The lone striker is getting very high ratings every game which to me sounds like he's making a good contribution.im now 4th in the championship after finishing 15th last season. Im 24 games in btw.

No, I don't make any changes. Keep the faith, you'll normally score in the second half!

You seem to have been lucky in your seasons that none of the top 4 teams have had great seasons. In my experience either Man utd, Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea always seem to have an amazing season and hardly lose or draw a game!

That's because I normally beat them so they don't get into good run of winning.

I'm Cardiff playing in the Championship and I'm first in the table.

Played 38 Won 28 Drawn 9 and ONLY lost once. Which was my last game to second place, Birmingham City.

My top scorer, Kanu (not the Portsmouth player, but the young player), played 41, scored 30 and assisted 8!

If you look above you'll see my stats for three seasons at Blackburn. Started fourth season and got the England job then the game crashed!!!

Very annoyed as I thought this problem had been fixed.

I've started playing this tactic now in Belgium in my massive long game, (it's 2032 and I am now with Club Brugge) won everything in england with chelsea playing bugel's 433 but I think you really have to have an amazing team for that one to really work.

Didn't have a good start losing first 3 games playing this but since then i've been doing really well, only lost once more in the next 15 games and to be honest my team is quite bad compared to what I have had when I previously won the belgian league on my game.

So far thumbs up for this tactic, will stick with it for a couple of seasons now and give it a decent shot with a good team next season.

Was beginning to have problems with 4-4-2 with Liverpool (started great, then went 8 games without a win, luckily I had a 12 point lead), so I've swapped to this - I'll keep you updated.

Why would you need to download it? It's the easiest tactic ever to reproduce yourself. There arent even a any runs to input, just set to 4-5-1 and copy the team and player instructions.

Yeah it's only really worth downloading tactics for the PC version, it's far easier and much less hassle just to reproduce it yourself. I'm afraid I'm gunna have to go against the trend and say I don't really like this tactic! Didn't do much for my Liverpool team, although we had more problems than I realised at the time.

I'm sure I'll give it another go with my next job though, I'm working on my 4-4-2 diamond with the 'pool now.

Well im December 4th, And my Striker has 11 goals.

I have had a striker get 35 in a league season. But to be fair it was in belgium and my team was really good while all the others were.... well.... belgian league teams.

It definitely helps if your striker is awesome in the air as well as shooting and dribbling though, heading and positioning will probably add 10 a season compared to a striker who is good at dribbling and shooting.

More success with this tactic, have taken Pistoiese from serie c1/b all the way to serie a and have finished 5th, 7th and 6th winning 2 italian cups and a euro cup with a maxmum wage of only 6,500 per week until only the last season. My team was full of 16-21 year olds and it has only been the inconsistency of youngsters which has stopped me winning the title.

What about your tactic dave whats it like on the game?

It worked for a bit in australia, belgium and scotland but overall its not really that consisent. I find that most tactics arent very consistent though so I am going to go back to it and try it again I think

I don't know if I can believe you have been this successful with this tactic unless you have signed loads of players that would never really be interested in you.

I agree that the tactic is very good but I have used it a lot and I can't see it being this good.

Have you signed rediclously good players for the level you are at?

2.5+ goals scored is really good. I score way less when using a lone ST. How is your midfield players in terms of scoring? MC/AM scoring a lot? are the wingers getting any goals?

Lets just say Michael Owen is a goal machine in League 2

Again, the game froze then turned it self off as I was just about to win The Championship.

Again, please fix this for the next version!

I think its been said if you put your psp on stanby instead of turning it all the way off then is more likely going to turn itself off but not sue.Ive had it a few times but i put my on stanby all the time.
