info needed please

hi lads

im currently downloading the prgramme from microsoft that si have informed me to try.

its regarding the problem "cant run graphics system"

not sure what its called sorry.

when it finishs downloading will it automatically fix the problem or have i got to clart about putting it into folders etc.

i clicked on download and then run not save?

any advice much appreciated

I'd choose 'save' if I were you. THe file you download will most likely be an .exe file, if so, just double click it and follow the instructions.

were would i find the .exe file mate?

its just that it has just downloaded then nothing has came up?

It will be wherever you saved the file to.

i didnt save the file i just run the file assuming it would update. lol

I'd suggest re-downloading and saving it somewhere. It will be on your hard drive somewhere with temp files but I wouldn't beable to tell you where.
