Can you help players blening into the squad?

In the assistant feedback a lot of my players always have problems either motivating themselves or blending into the squad. Is there any way to change this or will it improve through the season?

It will improve throughout the season the more they play with the team.

I think its just a time thing. They'll need games.

Not sure if playing as many pre-season friendlies as the calendar allows would help?

do you not think you should be able to send players on english courses to speed up the language barrier thing. I am fed up with it, maybe my players are thick but it takes them forever to learn a new language

Depends on adaptability hidden stat - scouts should highlight if this is particularly good/bad.

If they play regularly most foreigners will get English (Basic) after one season.

learning landguage takes longer time for sure in this version. of my 10 transfers in only 3 learned basic italian after almost one seson

I think it also helps if you have a couple of players of the same nationality. My Catania team is chock full of Argentinians for some reason (I inherited it that way). Bought a new Argentinian kid who didn't take long to bed in.

The biggest help is to play them. I've found players are less likely to be homesick, be unhappy, have blending problems when you play them lots.
