Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yay, it's me birthday today, and after years playing with an ancient laptop (256mb RAM!!), the mrs has decided to respond to my wet dream and get me a new laptop... lol I have a huge savegame that's in 2062 that I'd like to transfer to the new machine...just wondering if the following steps are correct to get the identical game, but just on a new machine... 1. Install FM on new machine 2. Install 7.02 patch (current savegame uses this) 3. Copy save game across via flashstick... 4. Load up cm, and locate saved game, and load game... grade Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 Y@$h. you need to put the save game files on the folder games, that is in the Football Manager 07, on your documents folder. It should be under the folder called Spots interactive. I did the same as you but I put on games folder and he loaded up. Try that!
