FrankTheTank Posted November 25, 2008 Share Posted November 25, 2008 Hello there, Have you guys successfully tried to use the RETAIN_NATION_PLAYERS command/statement yet in FM09? I've just created a new game in FM09 running it with a custom EDT file containing 10/15 nations I want all the players selected from. One of these nations is U.S.A. (don't ask me why). Well, when I check the MLS (the league is selected as View-Only) only 2/3 players per team are actually not greyed-out. What's up with that? Here's an example of what my EDT file has: "RETAIN_NATION_PLAYERS" "Uruguay" "RETAIN_NATION_PLAYERS" "U.S.A." "RETAIN_NATION_PLAYERS" "Mexico" Another thing I've noticed: what the heck Beckham is up to? He shows up as a free-agent even though in the Editor is clearly attached to Los Angeles.
