Players becoming coaches

I had problems with this in 08, and it seems the problem hasn't been resolved in the new game. When players approach retirement and have coaching roles available, they won't take a reasonable wage.

Edwin Van Der Sar is about to retire in my game, and wants to keep his £34,500 p/w to be a goalkeeping coach! Please sort this for the next patch!

I have that in 08. Just let him go and once he sees that nobody will pay him that much he'll go down to a decent wage.

I really can't believe how many of these things were not fixed!! I seriously may not buy the next FM.

But if I let him go then he'll say he doesn't want to rejoin his former club.

Managed to convince Giggs to £8,500 a week, not so bad.
