Very good, with a few issues and that steam thing.

Despite the issues of the in game advertising, addressed (and unresolved elsewhere) what a great game!

It needs a patch no doubt, some dodgy AI remains in the 3D game screen, perhaps some refining in the speed of the thing, but on the whole I'm impressed. Lots of very small improvements that add up to a really nice feel to the game.

The fact that so far I'm proving to be rubbish at it not withstanding, I'd say well worth a 8/10 at this stage.

I installed through Steam, following some issues encountered with my login code. Seems the game is not installed within windows as per last years game. It must be somewhere in Steam.

So where on earth is the data editor? an answer here would be much appreciated, I'd hate to have to attempt a second install.

Data editor is in: \...\Steam\steamapps\common\football manager 2009\tools\data editor

... being where you put your Steam install - defaults to C:\Program Files
