Charlesbeams Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 loaning him will POSSIBLY get him first team experience, not guaranteed, depends on the team he goes to, and playing in u-18s wont, but will give him good youth training, providing you have good youth facilities. also, he's 16, i dont think you can loan him til he's 17 or 18 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

saberhagen83 Posted November 23, 2008 Share Posted November 23, 2008 I would personally keep him a couple of years and develop him within the club. Training at AI clubs just doesn't seem as effective to develop young players on loan. If he by 18/19 is sure to get 1st team football from a loan spell, then loan him out. If your feeder club is in an unplayable league (i.e, not running Mexico, but have a Mexican feeder club), does the player still gain experience and attribute increases?
