Aytumious
I'm wondering when they are created in places like Brazil or Argentina. I'd like to know so I can get a good look at them right after they are generated. Good someone give me a general rundown from different parts of the world. I know in England it is after the season. Carradona
Actually, it's the day before the new season in England. Possibly the very day the season starts. Me? Nitpicking? Nah...

phnompenhandy
In FM08 it's the night of 19/20 June for England. Is it the same for FM09?
Razer82
I'm managing in Brazil at the moment and my regens come through around 3rd January. I don't know if it's the same when you don't have those leagues selected though.
