If you uninstall while connected to the internet you will be asked whether you wish to deactivate the license for the machine you are on. gufc21 Posted December 22, 2008 Share Posted December 22, 2008 if you got it through steam you must, go to the my games section in steam, right click on the game and then click on "delete local content. You must then go to add/remove programmes select steam and remove. having done this you then reinstall steam and re download the game.
