FM1000 Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 I just downloaded the patch for the demo and the 3d is still glitchy.When i see the match i have lag but if i see other highlightes that were exp. in the 1 half when im'n in the 2 half the 3D runs smooth.How can i fix this?:confused: Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

CaptainPlanet Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 tbh you are on the lower end of the scale, but I do know people with a similar set-up not having too many problems. Have you tried non-game things like anti-virus scan, spyware scan, ensuring all other apps are closed etc. If so and your drivers/Java/.net framework are all up to date, I'm afraid you may have to use 2D or put up with jerky 3D Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

CaptainPlanet Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 Because it's having to generate the graphics as it's showing them to you as opposed to showing something that has already happened and just stored in memory. Which to me indicates that the CPU is struggling. Probably because you're below the recommended CPU speed. might be time for a cheapo upgrade Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know you say 256MB graphics, but there is a possibility it isn't a dedicated card, and is simply diverting RAM. And with "only" 1GB of RAM, this will be slow. Anyway, your specs are certainly low end these days - very similar to mine, in fact! And whilst I can play the game, it is too slow, and the 3D too jerky, for me to purchase the game.
