Lukaboi
Hey all, I am aware that many people have implemented Custom Firmware onto their psp's and have started downloading games onto it for free rather than buying them, but somebody has downloaded both FMH2008 and FMH2009 now which I think causes SI to lose money. Why should we pay and they download them for free? Shouldn't something be done about this?
scottc18
Supposed they could put the prices down but then theyd be losing even more money, theres nothin really that can be done. It doesnt bother me i only buy 1 psp game a year which is fmh, just buy xbox 360 games which are better than psp games.
Lukaboi
Yeah, I would never stoop so low as to download games as I'd rather earn the money to buy it as it is worth earning the money as it is such a good game.
nerner
I use CFW for normal things like screenies and things, but would never go as far as downloading games. It just seems tight to me.
jamesWHUFC
Lukaboi im sure they know about this. It applies to xbox360, PC etc and has done for years. Copying/downloading games is nothing new and will never end. Plenty of people still buy games, and there isnt anything that can be done to stop illegal downloads etc. Also custom firmware can be used for ALOT more things that pirating games. crickie
Yeah but its the same thing as downloading music. Bands take ages to make there album and people download it for free and it really makes me mad because they have worked hard to make an album and people nick it for free. Glenn Stiemens
Don't worry, we take piracy very seriously and take action where appropriate to stop it - I'm closing this thread however, as discussion of piracy in any shape or form is not permitted on these forums.
