Matt ex SEGA Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 I'm not 100% sure what the problem is, but here's what I'd suggest; - Read through the FAQ at the top of the forum and see if you can identify your issue. - If all of that isn't relevant - contact Customer Services as they'll help you check that your machine is working properly and is capable of running the game. Iggy Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 I'm not sure if this is the correct way to do it after you've already uninstalled Steam, but this will help. 1) Install steam again 2) Uninstall the game in steam (right-click and choose delete from local something) 3) Uninstall steam 4) Install again with steam or unilock.
