Ben Jones Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 Dear SI, I have enjoyed your games for years and in the future I hope to play again. I played the demo, then brought the game. Played the game and wasn't happy at the amount of bugs so I waited for the patch. Now the new Mac doesn't support Tiger where the game did before. I'm not moaning but it has simply come to the point where I can now not play the game as I can't afford to upgrade my computer. So can I get a refund even though I've opened the box? Before anyone gets on my back about Leopard being the min spec etc. I played the demo and after it worked made a decision to buy the game. Again I'm not moaning and now accepting the fact that my 2007 computer isn't good enough. All i'm asking is that because the demo worked and so then made the choice to purchase, could SI recommend us Tiger user's that we can get a refund from the point of sale.
