For everyone with the Tiger patch problem

Recommended Posts

If you want to play football manager 2009 again, after you patched it, try this:

------------------

the editor works now. But if you run Tiger as OS you won't be able to play the game anymore. So here is what you do:

You download the patch, apply it, use the data editor to change the database in what ever way you want.

THEN: delete the Football Manager 2009 and the Version 901 (found in Username/Library/Preferences/Sports\ Interactive/) folder. Now reinstall fm09 and you can use your created database (it is saved in Documents/Sports\ Interactive/Football\ Manager\ 2009/...) to create a new game and play it.

You will have no patched version, but you will (if it was playable before the patch) a playable version with your own database.
