UTT
Is there any way to see the effect that the training has had on a player?
Bergkamp.10.
there is a thread 4 threads down about this! but yes, if a player's stats are improving a good bit, then training must be good
UTT
The on entitled "Training & Tactics"? Thats totally different. That is about what tactics/training to assign, this is about visibly seeing the effects (like is possible in the PC version) Comprendais?
ridley99
just look at the area a player is weak at and train him on that but obviously if a DC has poor shooting you dont need to train him on attacking
SI Staff Marc Vaughan Posted November 19, 2008 SI Staff Share Posted November 19, 2008 You can't easily see the individual effects from training on the psp game at present I'm afai (but its something for us to consider for a future version).
ridley99
even if it could be implemented at the end e.g give us a review of a players stats at the start and then the end to show where they have improved if that could work?
mbchuz
Wouldn't that put a lot of unnecessary strain on resources though, having to remember EVERY player's stats from the start of the seasonin order to compare stats at the end. That's a lot of stats...
ridley99
no i just mean by indicating where they have improved could just put an arrow to say theyve improved at heading or dropped at stamina etc
kowak
i think a lot of people play this game because of its simplicity, and to start changing things like the training will only complicate the game more. you need to realise when you have a good thing, unlike cm handheld which is to complicated for a handheld where as fmh is something that you can just use anywhere and play with ease. without really having to worry about whos on what training schedule, and altering formations to much. mbchuz
no i just mean by indicating where they have improved could just put an arrow to say theyve improved at heading or dropped at stamina etc Um...difference being...? Whether it displays the change as an arrow or number doesn't change the fact that it would still require the game to store every attribute value at the start of the season for every player in order to make that comparison

Shall we remove that then?
ridley99
exactly, it doesnt have to store it it just has to show where a player has improved. How many players stats improve from one season to another?
