Help Needed with getting the game to work.

If Anybody can help me it would be much appreciated!! I have tried getting in touch with people via phone and mail and nobody has helped me as yet and it looks like I might have to take the game back as I have had no joy what so ever getting the game to work.

I purchased the game 3 days ago and I still cant get it to work,at first it stated it was unable to load graphics(or something like that). So I downloaded the files like it stated on the site, I then got passed that part and got an FXe error(Again might be slightly wrong)downloaded that . Now when I load the game all I get is a black blank page with the letter L in the right corner and something that looks like quater of a clock?? Any ideas on what to do, any help would be hugely appreciated as I no longer no what to do and would love to be able to enjoy the game.
