I have been at my yeovil team on fm09 now for 3 seasons and im still un proven. i may not of won anything but i am best mates with fergie always a good thing! and have exceeded my boards expectations my avoding relagation in my first season and finishing 1 place of playoff's in my 2nd and am currently 4th this seasons my stats have gone up and some down but im still unproven so the question is what does manager rep relay on ??? cheers in advance guys and gals Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

By simply meeting your board expectations, that does not guarantee a increase in your reputation but rather a safer position with the team. Try aiming higher for success and I'm sure if you overachieve you will see the increase. Always push your team to their potential as this is what takes you to the top.
