FM09 Windowed Mode

hi

my fm09 is running slow and i`ve seen posts here about enabling windowed mode, but the windowed mode on my fm is greyed out. what do i do?

i have the same problem

on the demo i was able to have windowed mode but on the full game it is greyed out

Try this:

1. Right click on the FM09 icon on your desktop & click properties.

2. In the target field, add "-windowed -small_screen" at the end of the target, with a space between the target & "-windowed -small_screen" & obviously no quotation marks.

3. Click ok & you should be able to play in windowed mode next time you run FM09

Also, you should probably have FM09 off when doing this.

If you recieve an error message when opening FM09 after trying this, you should probably delete the bit of the target that I told you to add on & go back to full screen mode.

No, I find it runs faster while playing in windowed mode.

I said it several times, if I use this, the game crashes. So I can't play FM windowed.

Nobody of SI gives any answer...

Playing in windowed mode has been a nice fix to improve performance since the demo. Why would they remove it as an option in the settings? The -window etc. works but still.

i keep getting the error thing, any other way to paly fm in windowed mode.

Sorry but I don't know of any other way apart from this, or by selecting it in display preferences.

Ive got a Mac and i have the same problem. Worked fine on version 9 but not 9.1! Wtf! Any help for Mac users??! Ive tried all the **** with changing screen preferences.
