Quick question, I am seeing a few peeps having probs downloading via Steam from places like Spain - is it possible to download via Steam outside of UK & USA? I have the funds in place on credit card and clicktobuy and still everytime I get to the purchase button "Unexpected error" and can't buy the poxy thing.
