When will we see the official response from Miles

I am just wondering when we will get the official statement from Miles concerning the problems about activation etc on Friday? I am not maoning about this and I certainly do not want this thread to turn into a SI bashing session - I am just interested into how and why the problems were encountered on Friday.

Any statements will be ready when they are ready. Asking about when they will be ready will not ready them any quicker.
